Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Harmar Township

Worst staff I ever encountered at a restaurant. First off I’m waiting after placing my order in line and 3 customers came after me got there order but no employee seems to care that I’m still standing there. Then this girl clock in and sees me says let me check you out. While I’m paying, person working the grill who seems like the manager for the restaurant, calls out my name but another person walks up and he hand them the order while girl on the resister ask her if he called my name. He said there was other person with same name. He told them he made it wrong that’s why it took so long. I gave him benefit of doubt but I knew that person didn’t have same name as me. Then he calls that customer name and when they come get that sub he told them keep it without even asking who’s order he handed out them or where is that customer. I walked up to him and said to refund my order. He had no apology or empathy. All he said ok and refunded me. Never seen such a ignorant staff person who made a mistake and realized he screwed up but rather then correcting it just was so ignorant about it.

I will not recommend this place to anybody and I love there subs. This was first time to this location...

EDIT: Gave them another shot. Totally different staff this time. Ample bread choices and polite staff. Cute goth girl making sandwiches with a late-20s manager. Both very polite and fast. Maybe my prior visit was on a day with staff who didn't feel like making bread. Lol. Jersey Mike's have great sandwiches... as long as they have bread. Lol (I recommend the rosemary asiago)

Original review: wow....This is the only SANDWICH shop I've ever been to in my life that ran out of bread. Your company literally only makes sandwiches lol,...and you run out of bread... isnt that like the main ingredient of a sandwich??? Bread should be the one thing you never run out of... like someone should look at 630 and be like "dang we're low on bread, let's make some more for the last 3 whole hours we're open." I guess you could only expect so much from high school kids.

Great for gluten intolerant people! Never had a Jersey Mikes growing up. First time going, my girlfriend that is gluten intolerant talked me into it since this is the only place that offered gluten free bread. I was skeptical cuz of the high prices, however I got the Giant size Original Italian. Honestly One of the best hoagies I've ever had and for the price its worth it!! Ive been back numerous times since and the quality is always top notch! Workers actually care about what they do and have a nice attitude. Very clean when making my gfs gluten free sandwich as well so no cross contamination. Online orders have been made on time/ready to pick up everytime Ive done one. ( just to Skip the line during rush hour) Highly recommend if you got a big belly and a desire...
