McDonald's — Restaurant in Harmar Township

My husband always warned me to stay away from this McDonald's as the drive thru was known to be slow and the employees were known to be unfriendly. Well we happened to be in the area and had promised our kid lunch and decided to eat inside. We hadn't eaten inside a McDonald's since before Covid and I'm not sure if we had ever been inside this particular McDonald's before. The kiosk to order food was broken though we didn't think to look at the other side because we came to find out the other side was working along with one more on the other side of the restaurant. The lady who took our order was nice enough, not super friendly but not rude. She was mostly quiet. We ordered our food and were given a number to place on our table. A different person brought our food out to us. She made sure my daughter had plenty of dipping sauce for her nuggets. We were very surprised. I saw others being brought their food by different people and all of them seemed friendly and wanted to make sure that no one needed anything including a manager. The food was good and hot and fresh. Terrible,slow, food is not fresh. I waited almost 30 minutes at the curb after ordering from drive thru along with others. It appeared to be mass confusion, the manager came out and had an order that none of us had and when I finally received mine, fries were like old hard potato sticks, and chicken nuggets were rubbery and stale. The appearance of the burgers looked stale so I just threw everything away. Being next to a turnpike exit you would think that they could handle a rush of people. Very slow I gave this store a few attempts but this was the final straw...hey at least I got a straw... sure as heck didn't receive the ketchup I asked for. And when I ask for ketchup I was looked at like I was asking them to split an atom, and I was some weirdo. But hey BK is right up the road....Whopper time!!!! I would give zero stars but forced to give one. The building looks nice, that's about it. And a free cone does not cover this. I don't blame the workers or the Manager. I blame McDonald's organization for putting them in that predicament. Bad job for the...

I am extremely appalled and irritated at how these workers treat their customers. I work in fast food and I have never once gotten a single complaint about bad customer service now this McDonald’s has the worst customer service I’ve literally ever had in my entire life so my sister goes there before school, which she is in high school on Friday morning Between 7 AM and 7:30 AM my sister simply asks you guys for some ketchup and you guys tell her that she is getting on your nerves because she asked you to do your job? The woman worked in the drive-through at the first window. She was a heavyset African-American woman in her 30s and I just wanted to describe her so that she understands what she did was wrong. I don’t understand how anybody can be a grown adult that works there and still talk to customers that way, she needs to be fired.
