Braum's Ice Cream and Burger Restaurant — Restaurant in Harrah

Went here on a Saturday evening about 6 o'clock. There was a tournament going on across the street, but the counter wasn't very busy. We ordered cheese burgers and I got a medium fry with mine. The burger patties looked and tasted very overcooked and dry. Killed the taste of the sandwich. The fries we're old, cool and soggy from sitting out too long. Took them back and they said they'd get me some fresh ones. Went back, and I had finished sandwich before I got up and went to the counter to wait about two minutes before they remembered to give me fresh fries. We each had turtle sundaes for desert that were okay. The kid at the register was new, but did a good job. He was very polite. He did his first and later second tax exempt transaction and needed some help with that. He kept apologizing for having to get help, but we told him you have to learn sometimes. The store was not clean. Found one clean table to sit at. The staff uniforms were filthy. Looked like they'd been in an ice cream fight. This is normally our go to Braums. We were very disappointed in this visit. They're not always perfect, but this day needed a review. Hope they improve next time, or we...

Employees had an attitude to customers patiently waiting for service. When the order was not fulfilled and a female asked for her drinks, the shift manager exclaimed she was not the person who took the order and got the drinks ready. The place was not clean or cared for. There was trash and cups in the drains under the counters. The sink was continuously running for no reason, cannot help but think they could conserve water for all kinds of reasons, like city demand or human resources or lowering costs to customers. This location used to be well cared for. It was the place to go after a long practice or an upsetting game or a test score to celebrate. Can someone from corporate please come and coach these employees to not only be better Braums employees but better citizens in the community and better individuals.

My daughter and myself both ordered a turtle sundae’s. We had to tell both employees what goes on the sundea. I had barely scoop of ice cream and he put Carmel on one scoop and hot fudge on the other. I explained to him Carmel and hot fudge go on both scoops. My daughters was made the same way with full scoop of ice cream. Please train your employees better.

Harrah Braums is closest to us but there kids still can’t make an any of the sundaes. No matter what we order. It comes out sloppy topping all over or very little toppings. They just don’t care. They sit back there talking, singing or just cutting up.

I will start sending them back to have them remake sundaes. I pay for it and expect it to be done correctly.
