I could not have had a worse experience at the location. Me and my elderly grandmother were ordering and everything seemed to be going smoothly. We got up to the window, grabbed our food, and pulled up to the parking lot to check if everything was there. We were missing 3 items, 2 drinks and an order of fries. One of the drinks and the fries that were missing was from a meal that we ordered. We went back and told them about this, and what we got back was practically being accused for trying to take advantage of the employees. So, we had to order these items separately, charging us way more for this food than it should have cost. When we ordered these, my grandma had to ask me to tell them what we ordered. She asked what what fries we wanted, and I said “Just give me a large fry, please.” I said this in a polite tone, but she came back to me and said “You need to be quiet, I wasn't talking to you. Your grandmother is the one that needs to order.” My grandmother proceeded to tell her that I needed to order for her, since she is nearly deaf. The employee rolled her eyes, and then asked for the 2 drinks that we didn’t get. I ordered a medium drink and a large drink, but charged us for 2 large drinks. More proof that this employee doesn’t listen and is lazy. I went home and told my cousin about this. He didn’t tolerate it because he’s works and has worked in the food industry for a long time and he knows all about this stuff. We went and asked for a manager, we talked to her and then the employee who told me and my grandmother off came up and talked to us. She proceeded to tell us that none of it was true and that we were lying. She also said some things under her breath about me and my cousin. Mind you, I am a thirteen year old. This woman had just been extremely rude to an elderly (who is also a widow of a veteran) and me, a child. The employee had long blonde hair and is heavyset. Read moreExcellent atmosphere, music, cleanliness, service, and sense of urgency. Absolutely kind and polite manager and staff as well and the business has very clean restrooms. Not going to be nit picky about little things like faint smudges on the mirror etc that normal people don't notice but I will say the entire restaurant was optimal in sanitation and also the environment was enjoyable to stay in. I dined in and had a great experience from the beginning all the way to my departure. I was asked frequently if I needed anything and if the food was great in which I replied with yes it was. I highly recommend coming here because you're definitely not going to hate your time here if you dine in and I normally don't go through the drive thru but I noticed their speed of service was also pretty swift as well. I've worked in restaurant management for 8 years prior to this year and I would say that the employees are excellent and everyone seems to get along quite nicely which also is promising for a healthy work environment. I love their curley fries and I also ordered some boneless Buffalo wings, few beef and cheddar sandwiches, fries, and some chicken nuggets. Normally we stop someplace nice and go in and eat before we go to a concert , but this was our first time having to do the Electronic tickets , so we thought we would grab a quick bite eat in the car on the way, lot of other places we passed was just so busy , this place was not busy , there were no cars in drive thru , no cars in the parking lot ....Tip...
