Louis' Grille — Restaurant in Harrisburg

The place was very welcoming and the wait time to be sat down was not long. We placed our order and the waitress waited patiently and was courteous. I'm very understanding that they are closing for 2 weeks but after waiting a while for the food the waitress had to come back multiple times to let us know the items we order were unavailable , and this issue should have been addressed before hand letting the waitress know to let the customers know.This shows a lack of communication within management and staff,which also makes it an inconvenience for the customers.After being told what was unavailable AFTER placing my original order i had to relook at the menu and get something else rather than what i originally came for. When the issue was addressed to the owner shane and she was very inconsiderate,knowing everything that was going on.The way the owner addressed certain issues to the staff was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ,she was yelling in the dinning area with many customers still there.She was really disrespectful made me myself and other customers very uncomfortable and as well you can tell some of the staff are...

Fantastic food. Odd experience. Ladies room is behind an antechamber door, for lack of a better word. I came out of the locked ladies room into the antechamber place and found a man there that worked in the restaurant who said he was cleaning, but behaved strangely (he was sort of in the ladies room?!). I went back tonour table and finished my delicious lunch. Before we left, I went back to the ladies room, this time locking the door because of my odd experience previously. Inside the ladies room, I heard the outer door unlock, and when I came out I was face to face with the lady who seated us earlier. She was pretty hostile and told me she was the owner’s wife and asked why I had locked the door. I told her about what happened earlier and she told me that the man earlier had been her husband the owner, and that he came in there to use is phone!?! It was a real scolding. Stumbled upon this place while taking the bank deposit for my job, so made a mental note to go by after I left the bank. I had just missed the mad rush, but still was a nice crowd of folks and plenty folks came in after me so to me that's a good sign. I was greeted by a friendly lady at the front counter and was seated immediately. The menu says they serve breakfast until 12, but my waiter informed me they have switched to serving all day now, but once they run out of items for the day that's it, which I fully understand. I opted for lunch anyways and got the big Lou burger. It was quite tasty. Didn't take long for my food to come out either. And the food prices are just right for someone in a budget. Now that I know abt this place, I will certainly come back more often.
