New 2nd Wok — Restaurant in Harrisburg

Placed an order for pick up for our office. Several meals were ordered. There was an accident and we were later than expected picking it up. Instead of the food being simply cold, it was overcooked. The pu pu platter was inedible. The meat in all the dishes was overcooked to where it was like leather. Our boss did not receive the rice that accompanied his meal.

Called New 2nd Wok to see if they had suggestions to address dissatisfaction. Restaurant was argumentative and kept repeating we picked up too long after order. So, apparently they keep cooking the food UNTIL you arrive.

I ordered thru grubhub for delivery to my office. The teriyaki chicken (on a stick) was DELICIOUS. They didnt skimp on the portions and the outside glazed and crispy while the inside was moist. The crab rangoons were good too. I also got the sesame chicken lunch special and the beef and broccoli lunch special. One with rice, one with lo mein. I ordered General Tso's chicken, which was $12.65 & my egg roll was $2.00. They tried charging me me $19+ instead of the actual price just so they could get the delivery. Instead of just giving me the real price of my meal so I could add on to equal to what the price should be for delivery. When I asked the price of each thing individually to make sure I wasn't being scammed. She continued to tell me the total price, like I wasn't looking at the menu in front of me.
