They are very affordable and have plenty of places to sit and enjoy your treats. You can even sit outside!!! What I appreciate the most about Raising the Bar Bakery is how welcoming they are to the community.

Warm neighborhood bakery with absolutely top-notch baked goods. Croissants, flourless chocolate cake, breakfast pastries and more are all delicious. Cheerful cafe space too. Highly recommend! (FYI, they also have a small stand just down the street inside the Broad Street Market.)

We love RTB so much! Going into to the market area on Saturday morning is one of our favorite past times. The tomato croissant is my favorite!

Since this bakery is so special to us, we asked them if they could do our wedding desserts. We were looking for a simple cake and a cookie table similar to the items they had in their box around the holidays. It was super easy to work with them. The cake was absolutely delicious (vanilla with lemon), but also we had so few desserts left at the end of the night the venue was stunned. They always say that there is an abundance of desserts left but the bite size cookies were just right and everyone loved them!

Thanks so much for continuing to be a special part of our story!

Can't wait to stop...

I come in often when I am working from home - I have the routine of getting something sweet and savory and let me tell you... it never misses. Everything I have ever had is to die for, especially the chocolate croissants. The recipes are made with love and intention.

The owner and employees are always incredibly welcoming & accommodating. Its such a great place to decompress or to tune into something you have been meaning to get done. I always bring my friends visiting from out of town.

This is such a hidden gem in Harrisburg, I don't know what I would do without it. Please do yourself a favor and get a sweet treat, handmade, for more than reasonable prices. (Just don't buy everything because I...

Went in on a very busy day a little late in the morning for goodies for my office. They were running low due to it being a little later, but put together random boxes of a dozen delicious baked goods. In the boxes were lemon bars 10/10, scone 10/10, chai bars 10/10, an oatmeal bake thing 1,000,000/10, THE MOST DELICIOUS BROWNIE I HAVE EVER TASTED 100,000,000/10, another yummy brownie deal with walnuts and maybe cream cheese? 1,000,000,000,000/10. Oh, I also got a breakfast sandwich for myself with some kind of jam and egg on a sweet bread, I donā€™t ask I just eat.
