If you have to go to Back's I would strongly suggest going through the drive-thru. The guys that work it are extremely friendly and accommodating despite having to stand out in the freezing cold or blistering heat while breathing in car fumes.
The inside on the other hand is a completely different story. The three or four middle-aged women who have worked the inside for better part of what seems like two decades could not be less Friendly. Located on the corner of Harrison Avenue, Stone Drive, and New Haven Road, it is easily accessible from two streets. They have a great selection of beer, wine, and liquor.
