Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Harrison Township

this would have been a FIVE STAR if I was rating on employees only. In fact, if it were staff rates only? It would be a 10 on the 1 to 5 scale - the staff at Dominos is always soooo good!

I used to be a server/bartender for 30 plus years on and off ... and I swear these days - people who work on tips - act as though they don't care if they get a tip or not :( When I was working in the restaurant field - and my salary was based on tips - I made SURE I did my best job so that my customers wanted to tip me - because back then - we only made $2 an hour and the minimum wage was like $6 to $7 ....

Anyway - there were website errors - two things - at the end of the checkout they offer you cinnamon bread for $1. So I order it - maybe I pushed two - but I don't think so - but total fee comes up that I ordered 2 breads and this charged me $11.98-ish instead of $1. So now - I have to call the store so they can fix my debit card amount.

the girl who handled this process was awesome. The delivery guy gets here - he is awesome - and they do have the right amount to charge me ... but it says that I need to pay in cash - and I have no cash - only debit :( So now - while my food is sitting here getting cold ... I had to call the store again - and fix this.

I wasn't happy about that because I had just got out of hospital and was grumpy. But -- the food was good - not great because it was kind of cold. Of course, I'll give it another try - with high...

Called the local Domino's in Harrison, OH. 1st call I tried to order a pizza for delivery to JTM. Locals will know the place. Kid said he was a manager and they didn't deliver here after 4:00 p.m.. I thought this was strange being they deliver a pizza 2 nights before to me here. So called manager said I could pick it up in my truck that's 75 feet long. Manager said there was room for my truck. Then put me on hold then hung up on me. Called back ordered for pickup. Different person answered, ask why they wouldn't deliver to my location. Kid had no clue. I headed up to pick me pizza up and guess what So called manager had lied, no room for my truck...hmmmm.. Called back a 3rd time and got a nice girl. She was also clueless to no delivery at my location. Told them I would not be picking up pizza cause I can't fit in parking lot per manager. She transferred me to the owner Rick. He was nice and could not understand why his employee would say that. Offered to deliver my pizza. Well as most of us know when the bad employee is confronted my pizza may get extra toppings if you know what I mean. Can't trust that the right thing would be done. Been traveling over 35 years and have never been treated like this at a Domino's ever. Funny small town Domino's treats customers like this and I order Domino's in down town Chicago and have no problems...hmmm. I will never do business at this location ever again. Not that...

We recently bought a house in Harrison and love the city! We also love Dominos! The first time we ordered here was amazing not a single issue! The second time, (we were told they don’t deliver to us? We are about a mile away from the store). Since then, every single time we call it is a hassle trying to order because they say they don’t deliver to us and have to check with a driver. If you don’t deliver to us how do you already have all of our information when we call in?? We can’t use the app either! We have since been buying all of our pizza from other locations, mainly Pizza Hut. How in the world we have been told they don’t deliver to us not once, not twice, not three times, but four times is beyond me. I love Dominos food, but the headache and hassle of ordering is a total turnoff and after tonight we give up. Until it gets fixed we will just use other establishments. Carolina Trace Road is a long road I get it, but long roads also have a lot of residents. Do yourself a favor and just put a simple note on your customers account so you don’t hassle them everytime they call. You already have my name, phone number and address?!? And why is Dominos the only one that questions us out of all of the restaurants in Harrison? Y’all got to get it together! You are losing business but don’t...
