Firehouse Subs Harrison Ave. — Restaurant in Harrison Township

I ordered 4 sandwiches, and one incorrectly included mayo, which I can't eat and the receipt specified not to use. I didn't discover it until I got home and our family was sitting down to eat. Unfortunately, this meant I had to drive back to the restaurant to get the sandwich remade, and I didn't get to eat dinner with the rest of my family. When I got back to the restaurant, they remade the sandwich, but gave absolutely no consideration to the fact that I had to waste time and gas making a second trip. The manager in charge didn't apologize, and when I asked him to do something to make up for the extra hassle, he said no. Very poor customer service! He's probably not cut out...

Ordered 3 sandwiches, and each one was made haphazardly and missing at least 1 ingredient (we got 2 slathered in mayo, missing slaw & bbq sauce and another sandwich missing peppers and cheese). Reached out to firehouse via their app (where we ordered from) and received the response, "Looking into this order and the order type, any refund or compensation must be processed from the store directly as the order was processed through their POS system. Please note that our stores are individually owned and issuing a refund is ultimately up to the store manager or owner's discretion". We live 30 min away, I'm not driving back in on a maybe it will get fixed,...

This place is ridiculous. They hardly put any meat on the sandwiches. They give you the smallest amount of chili for $5. May as well not bother. Not to mention they younger kids are impossible to try and communicate with. How hard is it to understand the difference between a bowl and a cup of chili!? Then sit there and look at me dumb founded instead of giving me what I ordered. I guess at least it taste okay. Overall not worth it. Also they waited till we paid for our fountain drink before they told us the machine is broken. I feel like it shouldn't be that hard to tell somebody that either!!!! But at least they...
