Starbucks — Restaurant in Harrison Township

Unbelievably awful. Made a “quick” coffee stop off the road, after searching the app for the nearest Starbucks. Despite there being only 3 other customers in line before me, it took 20 minutes to be served. There were 3 employees working, 2 of whom appeared to be clueless. I ordered 2 Venti Bolds: they had no bold brewed. So, I’m like, just give me Pike Place. They barely had enough to fill one cup. It was lukewarm and bore no resemblance to a Starbucks product. I was then informed that they would need to brew more coffee… however the 2 employees who were just standing there had no idea how to do this!!! After waiting another 10 minutes as the one seemingly capable employee gave directions to the other two, I walked out. I fail to understand how a Starbucks has neither coffee nor employees who know how to make coffee. If you’re heading north, grab your Starbucks in Cincinnati. I'm not a frequent shopper at Starbucks lately my son & I wanted to go. Post Super Bowl promotion was going on where everyone gets a free coffee. My son & I needed to grocery shop and stopped in Starbucks located in Krogers. There was one employee she nearly had everything shut down an hour & fifteen minutes before closing. I asked if they were closed she replied that it depends on what I wanted that they typically start closing down around that time. I verified their closing time, and she agreed and said she could make the coffee up. She rudely stood over me, wanting me to hurry up while I was putting sugar & creamer. Didn’t even order from this Starbucks, but when my partner and I went into Kroger, we walked by near the produce and saw workers Jordyn and Tiffany pointing and laughing at us. When we approached to confront them, Jordyn ran to the back and Tiffany denied the entire thing, threatening to bring the manager over, which I would’ve been more than happy to tell them about their behavior. Another worker, who I believe has the name Alyssa, often laughs in my face and gives rude looks when I go there with my mother.
