Taco Bell — Restaurant in Harrison Township

My wife stopped at this location to pick up dinner for the family since my son was very sick, when she left the drive thru and came home, we discovered that everything but what we ordered was there. So, I decided to show up to this branch with the bag given to us and gave it to the young lady that approached me. I handed her the receipt and asked her to view what was on it, she did, then she told me how they don't take orders that were messed up back. Well, ok, free food I guess, I sat down and talked to another guy in my same situation. Only to find out that they screwed up four other orders aside from our own. Once I was given what we actually ordered, I came home with the food, only to have my wife tell me the lettuce was spoiled and brown on her beef crunch wrap supreme. Well, I guess we'll have to think about going somewhere else next time, I used to love going to Taco Bell, I don't know how I feel about them now, especially if their managers are ok with them serving...

I want to make it clear that this review is not about the workers. I've worked fast food before. It's hard work and for little pay.

What happened earlier today is not because the workers did anything wrong. Management screwed up

It's unacceptable for customers to be put into situations where they cannot actually leave the drive through because of how the line has wrapped.

Worse yet, it creates a dangerous situation because you have to drive the wrong way to get out and back to work.

Earlier today (11:10 AM), I got in line, and things were moving unusually slowly. There were only a couple of cars ahead of me. This isn't normally a big deal. I'm normally in and out in a few minutes. It took about 20 minutes for me to get my food this time.

I commented to the person at the drive through that they should be pulling people up. I was told that they weren't allowed to do that.

I got my food finally, and I discovered that I couldn't get out because the line was completely...

Staff was extremely rude to eachother, not only that but rude to their manager in front of customers! The manager was super stressed, the managers wife was a lot of help though bless her heart. Also a guy that was super kind! But you guys really need to work on what you guys say to the manager. Went through the drive through first and he told me he can only do mobile orders. Which i already placed the moblie order,but placed it inside the store for pickup. THE DOORS were locked so i had to go through the drive thru. The guy told me he didn’t see it so he couldn’t make it. He then opened the door to show me that he didn’t see it. But it was there right after a little he said. The only reason they even checked was cause of that kind lady who told them to! She told them multiple times to not scream cuss words, keep in mind this women doesn’t work there!
