If I could leave zero I would! Tried the online ordering for the first time, paid and chose drive thru pick up, got to the speaker and told them I had an online order. Took them ten minutes before they told me to pull up to the window, when I did they DEMANDED that I hadn’t paid! I explained that this was my first time doing this, but showed them where the app said PAID in green and that the money had been taken from my bank account. Went back and forth with the worker, he just kept saying “I don’t think you paid” I said what do you want me to do? He says they’ll take care of it. Okay......pull up to the pick up window and the girl is wearing the headset taking orders, ignoring me. Which is fine, she’s busy, but window is open which blows two of my bags on the floor, she just picks them up and puts them on the counter, like it was no big deal. Another worker eventually came up, probably a manager because he was dressed in nicer clothes not a uniform, smiles and is very friendly, I tell him two of the bags fell on the floor. He smiles at me and rattled off what I ordered. I tell him that’s right but they fell on the floor. He smiles still and tries to hand me the bags. I say no they FELL on the floor, the bags with my food on them fell on the floor I watched them fall. He looks at me and demands “what do you want me to do?” I huff and say I’ll just take them. He says no, it’s fine and tells them to remake the food in those bags. I apologize and say I don’t want to be difficult (though it really wasn’t me) and he makes a face like he agrees, finally i’m sent on my way with my food. Read morePulled through the drive through today after checking online to see if they were open @ 9am. It said open now -12am, so once we got to the drive thru an obviously non automated lady started to take our order, stuttering & breathing through the mic of her headset. We asked for a 4 for $4 with coke & bbq & wanted to know if we could substitute the fries for baconator fries. She didnt tell us us to hold on a minute or anything just disappeared for 20 min, & I'm not exaggerating. Then a man walks by and says something my boyfriend laughs and didnt hear him correctly, the man walked backwards and yelled, "I said you will be there for a long while, we dont open till 10am." We told him we just talked to someone and they are taken our order? He said no, was it a girl? We said yes, he said yeah that was probably our automated voice. So my bf got ahold of the Corp/comp and they are upset and want to make things right so hell yeah on that part but nothing got to be done about it. So I dont recommend eating here for anyone drive...
Read moreI wish I could give them a 5☆ rating, because that's what it was when I was younger. Sadly now it is almost everytime I go through the drive thru, during the start of dinner and late night, something gets messed up, missing, or is old. I worked in fast food for years so I know what people are capable of doing or tend to be taught to do that way, I know when my food is old. The late night crew shift is rude and in such a hurry to get out of there. I go through doing the day and only a few are in a rush but usually everything is there and fresh. So my advice would be to go through/in during daytime/morning. That's where my best experience has always been! Wendys is great when it's great but horrible making me consider to never go back, it being one of my favorite fast food joints, I find that shocking that the night shift is so bad right now I don't even want the place because what's the point of going when your not getting what you paid for, food wise & quality, I hope to see it come back up to the 5☆...
