Arby's — Restaurant in Harrison

5/2/25. 12:15 PM. We just went through the drive thru. The gentleman who takes the orders over the speaker is a bit over the top. We clearly kept saying we wanted a medium meal and he repeatedly kept saying “LARGE, LARGE, LARGE”. Like what in the world guy?! Then, after we said “that was it”, he asks if we wanted “any sweet treats”, we said no thanks and then he asks if “we wanted to donate a dollar to hunger for kids”, we said no thanks. Come on Arby’s! Don’t make it so annoying to order a meal! This makes a person not want to go back! Stop asking so many questions and let a person just order their food! The lady at the window is always great and so is the food! This was the location in Harrison, AR....

Usually I have a great experience at Arbys but today I went there (2/21/22) the girl and the drive threw was very rude! They also took forever to get out my order, and I only ordered a roast beef. They forgot to put Swiss on it and had to take it back and it took another 10 minutes to get a sandwich and it was very cold. Not to mention I went the week before (2/17/22) and I order 2 roast beef and Swiss and 2 fish sandwiches but they gave me 3 fish sandwiches instead and I never check the bags cause I’ve never had this kinda...

The lady who waited on me was very rude and disrespectful I had ordered 2 of thier 2 for 5 and I wanted to make them a meal a the young man that took my order got my order wrong and I had to get it done right and they tried to make me pay for it but I said I was not going to pay for their mistake so the lady got real rude and said that she will fix his mistak this time but next time I will have to pay for thier mistake and I don't think I should have to pay for thier mistake and I'm not going to pay for thier mistake am I...
