Very friendly staff who offer assistance but don't hover over you. I like because of the plus-size clothing. The store is divided between one side being Plus the other side being average. This makes finding clothes easier. prices are clearly marked. There are dressing rooms to try things on for proper fit. They can assist you in filling out info for an in-store credit card. I find their prices to be a little expensive but they continuously have clearance racks where you can get very nice things much more reasonably priced. Adequate parking...

Love shopping at Catos but at Hartison store, there is one sales clerk who is very rude. Been in several times but the 3x she waited on me was very obnoxious. The store was out of my size in the style I was looking at, her words "don't you know what size you wear?" Ugh! Other times similar...

The lady working here was absolutely great. She was kind and helpful, and didn't mind at all listening to my son chatter away while I was in the dressing room. The only negative thing would be the lack of jeans in the store. Lots of shorts, but only one or two pairs...
