This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! I do not stop at the location often as I live in Fayetteville. However, I stopped at this location today and had the worst experience of my life! I ordered my little sisters the nacho cheese fries in the drive thru. After we got down the road about 2 miles, my little sister started screaming from the back seat! She opened the car door as I was driving spitting her food out and yelled there’s a bug in her food. I thought she was exaggerating, but when I pulled over there was a bug in her fries! I called the restaurant and the lady I spoke to didn’t say a word hardly. I get back to the restaurant and the staff had no idea how to handle the situation. One of the employees had the audacity to tell me the pictures was a fly! A fly! Umm no, I know what a fly looks like and it wouldn’t have been a big deal if it was just a fly, but no! It was a bug!!!! They ended up texting the pictures to themselves and said they would take it to their GM that the bug guy was just there a few days ago. Based on the way the employees acted, it was the first time to have this complaint. The employee texted the pictures off my phone to his cellphone. I feel as if this is an ongoing issue that has still yet to be resolved! With that being said, I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS TACO BELL or even a Taco Bell in general. Read moreIf you use your debit card in the drive-thru, make sure they give it back. I went through the drive-thru, and paid with my debit card. The employee handed me my food, thanked me, and shut the window. I drove forward a few feet before realizing she did not return my debit card. I pulled over, and went inside, and spoke to the employee at the counter. He walked away, and spoke to the employee at the window who had my card. She seemed to be taking longer than one would expect to produce a card she had JUST taken. They then said they needed to see my I.D. Funny, because I have "PLEASE I.D." printed on the signature strip of my debit card, but they never asked to see my I.D. when I made the purchase, yet I have to present my I.D. in order for them to return my property when the woman at the window could clearly see I was the same person she had just taken the card from. After leaving, I felt something about that situation was just off. I have heard you should not let anybody take your card out of your sight, because people can take a picture of your card, and use it. I don't know if there was anything like that going on, but the whole situation just felt really shady. It was just one of those things you can't explain, just a bad vibe. Read moreThis is a fast food chain franchise. Every single time I go through the drive-thru I order #6 beef & #6 chicken NO TOMATOES and two extra soft tacos. They NEVER EVER get this order correct! Usually there are MORE tomatoes than necessary, which whoever dices them doesn't remove the stem nor do they even pay attention to whether the tomatoes are ripened.
Last time, there was one car in front of me and NOT A SOUL behind me. Ordered the usual order. They gave me my order INCOMPLETE! MISSING TWO beef CHALUPAS! We live in Green Forest. Didn't notice until I get home! I called to complain, the MANAGER NATE, doesn't apologize and says I can come back and get the CHALUPAS! Only after I yell about wasting my gas on the extra trip did he offer us a whole new order free! And when I sent my husband to get it, STILL NO APOLOGIES AND THERE WERE TOMATOES ON IT ALL!
They are expensive. Their staff is incompetent. Their service is slow. They once ran out of the large cups and wanted to give us two small drinks instead and COULDN'T NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE DRINKS! If you ask for mild sauce, your lucky to get them, extra napkins never materialize. And they don't know how to properly put the lids on their drinks!
