Arby's — Restaurant in Harrisonburg

Chicken cheddar ranch was pretty good. Went through drive through and that was definitely not an inviting experience. No one in line and the kid working the window seemed perturbed the older gentlemen in the truck was taking his time to look at menu. He wasn't even the order taker. But he felt compelled to stick his head out the window and look at us. Pulled up to the window and was glad this kid wasn't handling the food. I had no desire to see his underwear. Pants at thigh level seemingly, with his shirt partially up, showing the front back and side of his drawers. No belt. And of course the window is at eye level, so yeah that was nasty. Then he leans down, hair flopping down in the window, showing his bruised up neck from whatever was trying to devour him recently, and asks about condiments. Stands back up, grabs bag and puts the bag out the window. I could comment more but I'll say Arby's is good food, but you should consider patronizing...

came through the drive thru and immediately was met with an attitude from the guy working the speaker. although he may have had a bad day, i was still kind. however, when we pulled to the window he didn’t come take my card for at least a few minutes then when he did he grabbed it aggressively. he asked us to pull up and we did. we sat about 10 minutes waiting on our food. he handed us the bag in a rude manner before getting angry that we had asked for another sauce and went back into get it. we said thank you and got an eye roll. checked the bag and had no dip for the sandwiches we received. we went back in and he was even more angry. the food was great, so kudos to the cooks! however, if you hate your job that much then don’t work there. i know fast food and retail are some of the worst jobs when it comes to angry customers, but being in control of those emotions is important for the kind people that...

I came into this establishment today with my girlfriend and I was appalled. I ordered my food and drink and sat in the lobby to wait. As Im sitting in the lobby I proceeded to look around to see dirty tables, trash on the floors, trash semi full. Also while waiting I was informed that they were out of apple turnovers at 1pm. You would think for the lunch rush they would have a good amount available. Specially with a coupon deal they have going on. I was very upset by how bad the restaurant has gone down hill since the new GM took over. I was the assistant under the last GM and we were a flagship store, one that auditors came to see and grade the area. Its been years since I've been to this location, and this is just...
