The caramel crunch ice cream was great and I totally recommend going there if you love soft serve! The only thing is when the ice cream was given to me it was very lopsided making it extremely hard to eat (it was barely on the cone and about to fall off), but that didnā€™t hinder my experience too much. I also would note that they donā€™t have very many flavors at one time (just chocolate, vanilla, and the specialty flavor at that time) so if you enjoy a wide variety this might not be the place for you. I still would definitely go back though!

What a great experience!ā€¦I have the clear distinction of enjoying a rare homemade raspberry soft ice cream coneā€¦.conceivably the best in the country!!.. the servers had great dispositions, smiling like crazy even though they were serving hundreds of people they actually enjoyed their jobs

This place is the bomb.com

I used to live in Denver and I'd travel to Harrisonburg to meet my grandparents. We'd always come here, because this was my grandpa's favorite place. I think he has good taste. It has the perfect flavor selection, with Chocolate, Vanilla, and a flavor of the week. Many people think that a lot of flavors are nice, but three flavors truly is the base of humanity. If I could, I'd give this place 6/5 stars but gOoGLe wAnTS eVerYtHiNg tO bE nEaT aNd OrGaNiZeD

Once I moved here to Harrisonburg, I realized that Klines dairy bar is how every Harrisonburg citizen gets through their day. YOU NEED TO COME HERE!

I went to Klines on Saturday may 3rd I ordered a special shake the banana pudding shake. The small was $9.00 I wanted to add caramel to it and the manager told me no that I canā€™t add caramel to it. Iā€™ve never heard of an ice cream place not being able to add caramel to a milk shake. The manager shouldnā€™t be a manager her customer service was terrible. One of the other employees said yes to putting the caramel and then the manager came and told her not to do it. She lost the business a few customers because not only me but a few people close to me will not be returning to...
