Burger King — Restaurant in Hartford

I came here craving a chicken burger since I am pregnant and starving. I ordered the chicken burger with my favorite snack.. CHEESE but with no tomatoes, onions, or pickles because the taste and smells make me nauseous being that I'm pregnant. I then ordered a medium drink and medium fry because of how hungry I was. I get to the window and I'm handed my bag... I instantly go to dip in my fries which is filled 3/4 of the way. Now if I have to spend more to upgrade from small to medium.. I expect it to be filled so I asked her if they can please fill the fries to the top and she looked at me like I was crazy but took the fries from me. I don't know if it was the manager she called but a lady comes and say's "what???? We don't refill fries" so the window is open so I can hear it all. So I say " it wasn't full to begin with" needless to say they filled it and brought it to the window.. The girl handed it out of the window and wouldn't even look at me.. Before she could close it.. I reminded her that I never got my drink. So she was really irritated now.. She gave me my drink and said nothing.. No sorry.. No have a good day.. Nothing eventhough I did say thank you. So I drive around to the front and park so I can eat because of how starved I am. I open up my burger and i instantly smelled tomatoes but I said forget it.. I took them out and threw them away.. But where's my cheese I paid extra for??? Not on my burger.. So I have to come around again.. Wait in line and when I get to the window.. She saw me and stopped mid sentence like I was the grinch stealing her Christmas. I told her there was no cheese on there and I handed her the receipt. She took the burger and said nothing.. She went and passed it through to the other side where I couldn't see. A couple minutes later she comes back and hands it to me... No sorry... Not a word!!! Now I am irritated and angry at the rudeness and inconvenience. I pull back in to the front because again... I am starving and pregnant. I open up the burger.. Ready to dive in and there's that damn smell again.. There's my cheese but with tomato melted into it!! I am now... Over burger king.. Over this burger.. And my appetite. The second round of tomatoes killed my chicken burger craving plus with how irritated they were with me.. I probably had a special ingredient for being an ideal customer.. Lol so I ate my fries and went to Wendy's down the street where I got polite service and a correct sandwich!!!! Smh.. I will stick to Bloomfield BK.. They aren't much more polite but my order is...

All fast foods restaurants in America are promoting chicken and beef to customers and they discriminate against vegetarians they don't provide fish on their menu, customers should be allowed to add their own salt to their french fries, too much salt can raise blood pressure, a good Chef rule is to allow the customers to add their own salt in their food. Burger King do provide fish but it's boring? If it's boring it's not going to attract customers. July 8,2023 I purchased a fish meal cost me $9.54 small french fries, small drink and a fish sandwich. I was very happy that no salt was added to the french fries, finally as a customer I was allowed to add my own salt intake to my own food "thank you" a lot of people have health issues and too much salt intake is a contributing factor, I had increase the star ratings. One of the worst locations. They hire people who don't speak English or understand English. Very pathetic and poor on this business. They don't understand simple directions. I asked to order a combo and an additional sandwich separately. Like besides the meal. They could not grasp that. They sold me the meal with the whopper and then the second sandwich was literally a plain burger with nothing on it. It was disgusting. I don't think I asked for anything difficult or unusual. I don't understand how or why they would give me a plain burger between two pieces of bread. Absolutely ridiculous. So unless you speak or understand Spanish do not go to this location.
