This place has improved massively since they opened. I would say at first they started off very rough but the improvement has shown. There’s has been day where i come in and they are short staffed and they customer service is still better than other locations.
The door is broken and has been broken for about two months now, as a regular there is some stuff I’ll like to point out. No hard feelings please be taken as constructive criticism. (If higher up, any management team, corporate and/or etc see this just take this as stuff to improve on) •SHORT STAFFED (as someone who comes in the AM MID-SHIFT AND NIGHT) I’ve notice only three or four employees at night rather than morning. My wait time is typically longer rather than the morning. •MESSY PATIOS •UNSTOCKED BATHROOMS •BROKEN DOORS (two months going on three) • LONG DOORDASH WAITS
Typically the night crew is the same people couple days ago my order was mixed up and the manager I believe her name was jolie accommodated me gave me 50% next vist and a free drink. Her customer service is amazing. The tall man with braids I believe his name was Omarion he made my bowl was very polite apologies for the wait and his customer service was amazing.
Today I came in and the customer service was amazing I came for a order I believe they was on lock down as the manager explained I couldn’t get a quesadilla cause they couldn’t move as the manger explained very clear to me I also asked about the BOGO which I didn’t make it in time and she was gave me a free chip for the accommodations.
This place has grown so much with in the last couple months as a regular I love for a place to show major improvements. Even thought there’s room for growth I’ll give this location a huge shoot out for the major major growth within the company experiencing growing pain still, I’ll say be patient with this location and the crew I can say and see they are honestly trying they absolutely hardest!!!!
Night management notice their regulars greats them with love and show kindness, jolie accommodates the best she can she very helpful. The Tall man with braids is very polite. The cook make very fresh food and communication with guest about wait on food (which was only two or three times) The morning only speak Spanish which I don’t understand as much but I will say they try they hardest as well, and very polite. I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed my chipotle order through the chipotle app for pick up. My order was placed at 11:53 and the app said it would be ready by 12:10. I show up at 12 and pull up to their drive thru and the lady tells me to wait in their pick up spots, and they will bring me my order. COOL, WHATEVER! I am not exaggerating when I say that it was 1:10 AND I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER. I pull up to the drive thru for answers but there are already 5 cars and none are moving. The guy in front of me has his car off and is laying down in his car , WAITING!! I leave the drive thru and go inside and ask where my order is? And there are 3 other men also asking. The manager comes out with insane attitude and says “I cant help you get a refund, the girl in the drive thru is new and learning” . Then I ask the young girl at the register if its possible to make my order now, since its been an hour. She says “no.” With the nastiest attitude. Then the manager comes back out and says “I will have your order prepped now”. I go back to my car to wait. It is now 2 o clock and I wait as I see everyone who just came in, get their food while the drive thru and mobile order customers keep piling up. THEN the app tells me my order is complete, and I go inside to check the shelf BUT I DONT SEE MY ORDER!! So I ask the young girl at the register where is it? And she says to check the self and I proceed to say it is not there. So all the staff does is shrug and tells me “I guess someone took it, go ask for a refund”. One girl was already waiting 30 minutes. Girl came out asked us what our order names were she didn’t even have the orders other mobile order people kept coming in.
