Food is ok.. portions are way smaller than Manchester.. same size bowls but they don't put enough meat for the amount of rice or noodles. It's never consistent.. sometimes it's good most of the time it's burnt... i don't think I have ever once in my life received a burnt piece of anything in the Manchester location. If I wanted charcoaled meat I would've had a bbq. If you're cooking on a flat top my meat shouldn't be black like it came off a grill. I spend a lot of money here and I totally understand that this place is new ... they really need a strong management team... they're always all over the place.. everyone is always messing up something, hanging out the wrong orders, calling the wrong names with 1,000% certainty l.. it's just a mess ... too many people working in here as well. Read moreI had an outstanding experience at Teriyaki Madness in West Hartford thanks to the amazing night staff on 5/29/25! Kirsten who goes by Kris, took my order, was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Brendon was equally impressive! His charm and respectfulness shone through as he assisted Kirsten by handing out the orders and keeping the dining area clean. I arrived just before closing, but both Kirsten and Brendon maintained their enthusiasm and were eager to serve me.
Their teamwork made the experience even more enjoyable, and I truly appreciated their dedication to excellent customer service. I couldn’t have asked for a better dinner pit stop after a long day of work! Thank you, Kirsten and Brendon, for making my first...

He then proceeds to mess my order up, when I went back inside to correct my order, he was on his cellphone at the register taking. He then got upset when I called him out for messing up orders, he then started yelling weak insults to me and then followed me out to my car claiming someone was coming to beat me up. All this over $1 yum yum sauce. That black male employee is an embarrassment of a man and a embarrassment to the company. I contacted the day it happened and will continue to do so until I hear that that loser was fired! A man following a woman customer to her car...
