Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Hartford

I’ve been coming to this establishment since its opening last year although I’ve noticed their quality these past few months has plummeted. Mind you they’ve always taken 10 minutes min. per car but this last visit left me super disappointed and I will NOT be spending another dime at this franchise. My boyfriend and I ordered five things off the menu and 3/5 were made incorrectly. The worst part about it was the sandwich we received in mistake for another item off the menu was ICE cold!! For $32 I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Not to mention after speaking to a festival foods store manager about our concerns. The baristas are polite. The beverages however, are undrinkable. I just purchased (2) hot coffee drinks, one for myself and one for my husband. I ordered half decaf/half sugar in mine. My husband had to dump his drink out after a few sips because the beverage is so sweet he couldn't even stomach it. He even made a comment that, "this should be illegal to sell". I eventually dumped my beverage out as well. When you look up the beverages on the Caribou website there are 86 grams of sugar and 750 calories, PER DRINK! Caribou is my absolute favorite coffee place ..Moving from MN to Wi I was very excited a caribou was not too far from our home. The quality of all the coffee drinks made there have been horrible. I feel like they're just putting people there to work that don't even know how to make the drinks properly. So sad. I've never experienced this at Caribou's in Minnesota.
