For fried chicken this place is average from the chicken to the sauce. Came here for lunch ordered the 5 tender combo which came with fries and mac and cheese, medium level spice. In terms of the spice level, the medium descriptor is on par. The flavor is a southern spice dry seasoning/rub. Not the saucy kind. The taste is ok Nothing outstanding. It does come with an orange sauce which helps. That sauce is norhing special. The amount pf sauce is very minute, especially for the 5 tenders. The mac and cheese however was very good. It was seasoned spicy and well. Its a nice kick, otherwise I find mac n cheese typically borign. The fries were seasoned with dry south spice. Asked for ranch sauce.Staff was in the back. Slight delay when it came to ordering. Staff was friendly.

I got the OG and asked for "What the Cluck" heat level (the hottest). Sandwich was delicious but the heat really just wasn't there. I'm definitely going to be back just in case it was an off day. It looked like the guy from the restaurant next door was helping out on someone's break. Anyway, I'll be sure to bring up heat level when ordering next time. I love all the spots at Parkville Market and now include this one among the choices. And nice to have a hot chicken spot close to home!

Ordered from here twice. Both orders had multiple orders both times with variable levels of heat from "what the cluck" to mild. We get six boxes with no labeling whatsoever even though proper labeling options are available there on the box to be marked. Also, multiple items not packed with the order. Food is great, but the to go ordering is jacked up!

I really wanted to love this place. My Coworkers and I have gone here 4 times in the last couple of months. The results have been mixed.. It is HOT chicken, which is good as that's what they are marketing. It unfortunately is very greasy chicken. Each time the cardboard box that they serve the chicken in has a large pool of oil in the bottom. No ordering problems the first 2 times, but the last 2 times have been disappointing. I ordered the 7 piece strips the 2 times, one time, I received 5, yesterday, I received 6, so that's unfortunate. Also yesterday along with only receiving 6 instead of 7 tenders, I also only received 1 of 2 sides, and no bread. A co-worker was also shorted a side, and since he was picking up, he was able to bring that to their attention, and received an attitude as if he was lying, and then received only a half portion of cole slaw. This was after having to wait for 45 minutes for the food to be ready, despite it not being busy. Anyway, I want to love it, I just can't. We will be opting for other options in the future @...

Definitely one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches I've had. This was located in the Parkville Market.

I ordered The OG chicken sandwich which has 8 oz of chicken breast, cole slaw, comeback sauce (not sure what is in it), pickles, on a briche bun. I was being bold that day and decided to order their spiciest "What the Cluck RIP" which has 6 fire symbols next to it. I'm a spicy food lover and can handle spicy plus I'm half Thai and half Cambodian, our food is usually spicy. However this one burned, but in a good way. I will definitely get the hot (one step lower) next time which will probably be more enjoyable and I won't have to sip milk with each bite haha! The fries had good flavor, just wished it was more crispy. Overall, definitely one of my new favorite spicy fried chicken spots and glad I got...
