Jefferson Fry Company — Restaurant in Hartford

This is the 3rd and last time coming. Whoever works your day shift is lazy, rude, and inconsiderate. My boyfriend went the first two times and I went this third time. She has a nasty attitude the entire time. I ordered bacon cheese fries and all I got was sprinkled cheese on top. No melted cheese. Her lack of cleanliness, efforts overall, and horrible customer service shows she has no care for her job. When I asked for new fries she got upset so I told her to refund me instead since she doesn't want to do her job. She got upset and got an attitude and said "Ima just give you your refund I'm not guna argue with you" And she dropped the refund receipt on the floor instead of handing it to me. I could only laugh at the immaturity and lack of a healthy mindset. I've worked 14 years lf my life and even ar 15 I had decency. She probably thinks its cool and that's okay but bringing it to a professional setting is not okay. Since I am mature an altercation did not arise, but as I walked away she was yelling smart comments and I could've easily used my past teaching to teach a lesson. I'm not sure why you guys even have her employed here. I know damn well I'm not the first one to complain. The other 2 times she gave my boyfriend a hard time about giving us ketchup for the fries. Im just turned off from parkville market...

3 out of 3 times coming IT’LL BE MY LAST 😤and just disappointed! First time a I came a very nice young happy gentlemen took care of my two fries order and I was amazed it was cheesy all the way through and cooked to perfection. But these last two times I’ve dealt with nothing but moodiness and horrible attitudes from a female worker there who clearly dosent know food health policies. Used her gloves to cash out a customer and with the same gloves grabbed fries to put in the fryer. Touching money and handling food is a big NO! Plus when I went to pick up my food I asked for ketchup and was responded with a ruined and quick remark “it’s already in there tss” there was on container filled 3/4 of the way that does nothing for the amount of fries I have and on top of that she stuffed the fries all in the box and put little bit of cheeses on top. My girlfriend told her there was no cheese in the fries only on top she muttered under breathe and at that point my girl told her she wants her money back. At that point the female worker proceeded to get loud and say you didn’t even let me make it right but w.e I’m not gonna get into it with you” she refunded the money and dropped the recipe on the floor before completely handing it over smh....

So I'm a first time customer I want say they food was really good until It wasn't. I specifically said no tomatoes because I'm allergic and I do understand that ppl get busy and over whelmed in restaurants so I took the extra step to Boldly type out that I don't want tomatoes and that I'm allergic. I found the smallest hidden slice of tomato Thank God the tomato was so small I didnt get to bite into it yet. The only reason I noticed it is because as I was enjoying a really really great burger I start noticing my burger was half raw. Omg why ! I was sooo enjoying my food . Disappointed. I'm not here to bash the company because the food is good but the service needs an improvement. It is very important to pay attention to customer order notes. Had I ingested the tomatoes this we be a whole different situation that would have required my Epi pen. But since it was mild I only needed benadryl. After the scare I called a number that connects to a whole different location in Cromwell where I spoke to a very nice and very polite young man Named Jeremy he was very helpful he called his Gm and called me back with and update to fix how I'm feeling about this huge problem.
