KFC — Restaurant in Hartford

😞 hard to be disappointed in a KFC considering they should all be the same and at the end of a horrible day I realized I was very close to that comfort food goodness I hadn't had in several years. It was old chicken cooked and then warmed up. It was all around just cold and then warmed up food. The coleslaw was good...the store was dirty but since I wasn't eating there I didn't care. Just all around poor service and food. But then again, I was the only white person in there and several people were busy talking over the counter and climbing over to get their own order and eating food off the line. People who openly laughed when I asked how long it would take. I ended up throwing most of the food away and...

Had the worse experience here. It was around 8:30pm I ordered food to dine in, the food tasted old and super greasy.They forgot my fries and the manager/ lead said " she did not order that and if she would like fries she needs to pay for them" I told her no they took my order wrong and I will not pay. Also I asked to use the bathroom they said no because they had to clean them. I asked if someone can clean them because me and my husband had to use it as my husband is diabetic and can't hold it and the manager said no. Well I think she was the manager or the lead. She was so rude and had a bad attitude. No customer service skills AT ALL. Will not recommend going here to eat!!!!! If I can give this place...

If only you could award a place zero stars. This is the most incompetent fast food purveyor I have ever visited. If the establishment has more than one customer at a time, it is brought to its knees. No one has any idea what is going on, and it usually takes me a half hour to get my simple order. This is the last time I will frequent this location. If you want fried chicken, it's faster to raise the chicken from an egg then to wait in line...
