Kudos goes out to Pizza Hut tonight for handling an issue with class and great service! Ordered for delivery and got the text update at 9:22 saying my order is out for delivery. Great! I'm 5 min from the store. 30 min later, called Pizza Hut to ask where my food is. Was told the driver had a Slinger delivery first which means he drives back past the store to get here. Odd, but ok... Food got here a few minutes before 10pm, cold and with one incorrect item. Sounds bad so far, right? HOWEVER. I called back and let them know I was disappointed and why, and George the general manager gave me a credit for what I paid PLUS an additional $10, good toward my next order. He offered to void out my entire order and just refund my card, but I told him the delivery guy Shawn was extremely pleasant and friendly (despite apparently being the only driver on tonight) and I wanted to make sure he got paid. So instead he gave me the credit and thanked me for calling and giving them an opportunity to fix the issue. I'm sure the fact that I was polite and not screaming at him helped too. So the pizza goes in the microwave for tonight and next time we eat free, with accolades to Shawn and George for making the best of things! Keep up the fantastic work, gents!...
Read moreI ordered two pizzas and breadsticks on Monday. I ordered delivery cause i wasn’t able to leave the house at the moment. It said it was supposed to be delivered at 12:30ish right around there. 1:00 rolled around and no pizza. 1:15 rolled around and I called Pizza Hut a girl answered sweet but had an attitude. Told me she pawned me off to DoorDash and couldn’t help me and to contact them. Contacted them and was put on hold for 20 minutes then told they don’t know where the driver is but said it was delivered. It was not delivered. Called Hartford pizza but back to the same girl that answered told me they couldn’t do anything. Asked for a refund and she hung up on me. Needless to say next time I’d spend more money on dominoes to actually get my pizza. Btw they did charge me and I have not...
Read moreI ordered a stuffed crust pizza and a drink. Spent $30 just for the driver to never show up. After trying to call the store multiple times and just being hung up on before getting the chance to speak I gave up for the night. The following day I just stopped in and ask for a supervisor to get my money back and explain what happened. The guy they claimed was a manager just huffed at me and was annoyed. He clearly didn’t know what he was doing and what he told me to do for the refund didn’t even work. I called after a few more days and got into contact with Glenn A. He was very helpful and offered to give me just a credit to the store for $30. This was the best offer he could give me and I appreciate him taking the time to help make the experience a little bit better! So shout out...
