Please please please, take your money someplace else. Learn from our mistakes. Find a reputable company with an actual warranty. It might cost you a few extra bucks, but you'll save in the long run.

My family bought a fridge from them to open a family-owned restaurant. They bought it at the beginning of August but didn't use it right away. They did their 'soft open' on 8/22/22. The fridge stopped working 15 days later on 9/6/22. When we contacted them, we were told it was bought more than 30 days ago so it's our problem.

We not only lost the money we paid for a broken refrigerator, but also lost a ton of product (produce and meat) because we had no place to store it.

Read the reviews... they know what type of shady business they are running. But what can we do? Take them to small claims? Who has the time, we just opened a restaurant. So now we are scrambling to find a new commercial refrigerator that can be delivered before the weekend. Please, learn from our mistake. Take your money somewhere else and save...

I booked this company to come out at 4:00 p.m. on thursday they show up at 215 pm when I had told the office I don't get home from work til 4. Then the tech shows up an hour and 40 minutes late at 540. Expects $50 cash just for coming out here which I wasn't told about on the phone that it had to be cash. Then tells me that he needs to bring it to a shop and he will be back tomorrow between 4-5pm to pick it up(friday). 5:00 p.m. comes around I call the office they know nothing about it and in fact the Tech hadn't shown up to work that day and nobody called me. The office then tells me someone will be here between 9a-12p today (saturday) well as you can probably guess no one shows up and no one calls me. So I call the office, he knows nothing says he will call me back. No one calls me back. I scheduled with another company to repair my washer. STAY AWAY FROM...

Bought a dishwasher. Installed it myself. It wouldn’t turn on. They sent a “technician” who also came to the conclusion that it didn’t work. They claimed they would send a working dishwasher and it would be installed by them. Well they arrived a day early to drop it off but the guy couldn’t install it because he had other deliveries apparently. Again I install it myself. Again the “new” dishwasher does not work. So they send out the “technician”. He again comes to the conclusion that the dishwasher is broken. At this point they take both dishwashers. Now I have zero dishwashers and they’re dodging my calls. Mind you I’m only on week two of a 30 day money back guarantee. I would think twice before going anywhere near these...
