Burger King — Restaurant in Hartford

Have given this store numerous chances but the night manager is the worst customer service person on its payroll. Employees are ordered by managment to be very sparse with lettuce. So, even if you order a “reasonable” amount, or if you order “heavy” lettuce or if you order “extra heavy” or if you order “extra heavy heavy extra heavy lettuce...even if you offer to pay for extra....even if you beg the teller to verbalize those instructions to the sandwich preparers....you are getting SPARSE LETTUCE. THE MANAGERS’s response “hey, at least we don’t charge extra like MacDonalds and other places”.....IT JUST NEVER OCCURS TO THESE PEOPLE TO FLAT OUT INFORM THE CUSTOMER “no can do” ....as a courtesy...to avoid disappointment later when you arrive at your destination to discover letdown once again. Instead, Burger King reassures it’s customers “got it, A-OK, you’ll get extra heavy lettuce...I handled it personally!....it’s all BS.....even if you beg them to charge more! Clearly, the management at this company exhibits that LOYALTY-killing disease called “THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DONT KNOW”. They don’t even know that many customers don’t bother to waste their breath complaining....they just...

I tried out this place after their reopening, and I found it aggressively average. The drive-through was a little difficult to navigate, and the parking in the back was a little tight.

The crew members were friendly enough, even if I did have a little trouble hearing them through the speaker box. There's a weird traffic cross-over at the exit.

Overall, I think I'll be back more times than most fast food, at least until I get bored if it and find somewhere else that I like better.

I feel like I had to drop one star from my rating due to the abrasive nature of the night manager. He was rather rude to me regarding using coupons in the drive-thru. When I tried to use one, he was rather gruff and told me that I would have to come inside to use it. Now, this is not the safest neighborhood at night, and I'd rather not be walking around in it after dark.

Steven is an outstanding and famous BK employee in the Hartford county! I’ve been coming to this BK restaurant in Hartford, CT for years, and Steven consistently delivers incredible customer service! He’s always positive, polite, and delivers his famous “welcome to BK catch phrase” to every car at drive thru.

I get out of work late sometimes and will order food from BK at night usually around 11pm. My food is always served hot and fresh no matter what time I order my food!

I highly recommend Steven to be in one of the BK commercials, you won’t regret it. Steven consistently delivers outstanding customer service and says BK welcome phrases that are beyond memorable and famous in the Hartford county!
