More times than not I have ordered food from here and items are missing. How do you miss a whole burger when there were only two ordered? Their establishment must be overflowing with napkins, condiments and plastic cutlery, because they never put any with the food ordered. You should probably call before you bother to driver over there—there are no real business hours, they just open and close when they feel like it. Just like every other Wendy’s, they have reliably slow service, so hopefully you don’t mind waiting 20-30 minutes in line.
Edit 9/25/21
They just updated their hours 5 days ago to say 8a-8p every day. I arrived at 717 tonight and there are cars parked, lights are on, including the signs in the drive thru being lit up. But the drive thru windows are covered up with cardboard. No one in the dining area. Guess that means closed? Sitting here watching a bunch of people getting fooled and sitting at the speaker just to drive off after a few minute. At least turn your lights off and appear closed ? Or change your hours. Oh look an employee just walked out to his truck and has a fresh bag of food and drink in his hand and is driving off. What a joke, maybe just close down your...
Read moreDrive thru wait is always long at this location and the restaurant always looks closed and dark. It seems they're always short staffed and hiring. Tonight in particular was just horrendous. Although the young lady taking our order was great and sweet even with our crying kids in the car. With a long wait they could at least get the order right. Had to go in afterwards to get our 3 missed burgers. Waited another 10 mins in lobby for those. While waiting, the larger set man manager is yelling at the employees making them upset because of another missed order. Mistakes happen, chill out. He didn't even bother looking at our receipt. Being so negative and rude to whoever he spoke with, loudly mind you. Complaining about customers walking into the lobby, trying to turn people away because they're only accepting cash at that time. It was horrible being in there. We saw about 3 groups of people walk out empty handed. I grabbed the burgers and didn't even bother telling them that they forgot our large chili as well as our BBQ sauce. It is upsetting going to a local chain with the kids and end up with half of our order missing and what we did end up...
Read moreOn December 4, 2012 my grandchild and I were served raw chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately I didn't realize it was raw until I had eaten half of the sandwich. My grandchild ate less. I took the sandwiches in, showed the manager and she refunded our money. Later in the middle of the night I became violently ill with severe cramps, diarreaha, and vomiting. I had cramping and diarreahs for several days. I was totally dehydrated and as a result had to cancel my vacation. The doctor said for me to stay as hydrated as possible that it appeared to be samonella poisoning. My grandchild became ill as well. I called Stanton and Associates in Lansing, the owners (after I called the health dept) and they said you can't prove it. That's integrity for you! Therefore; my advice to anyone who might be thinking of a chicken sandwich from Wendy's......I would think twice before purchasing one from the Hartland/Highland Rd. Wendy's. Burger King or McDonald's might be a wiser choice. When you have people who care so little about their customers with their arrogant attitudes; I'd be more selective as to where I spend my money and who...
