I'll start by saying the food wasnt the issue. My mother ordered dinner for us (my oldest was on the phone with her, craving Dominos, so she did something nice for us,) and a minute or two after I was told, I realized something. "Oh no! The entire lot and every sidewalk around here = super slippery ice!" I immediately worried about the delivery driver and contacted the store in the Hartland area. The person who answered the phone already sounded a bit less-than-thrilled with life that day. I asked him to please contact the driver and tell him that I would gladly come out and walk to the vehicle to get the items from him so he wouldnt have to risk injury. I said they could give me a call when they arrive and I'd be out right away...staff said he would "try" to let him know. Fast forward 5-7 minutes later...there is a knock on my door. I open and start apologizing, explaining that I'd called and didnt mean for him to walk on that ice...but the person I spoke to never called the driver. The delivery guy was very rude to me and obviously irritated, but that is something he should be speaking to his coworker or supervisor about. I've never had a bad experience with Dominos before, but last night I encountered 2 rude employees in one evening. I was flabbergasted that the man I spoke to on the phone didnt find the delivery driver's safety to be important enough for him to make a quick phone call. I am sure he wouldn't be pleased if he had the option to avoid possible injury, but someone was too lazy to relay the message. Doesn't give me much faith in humanity when people stop caring about their fellow man's wellbeing. Not sure if we will be taking our business elsewhere on giving them another try in the future. Hopefully something...
Read moreIf I could I’d give this place no stars. Absolutely ridiculous. I had arrived a little earlier than the time period my food was supposedly to be ready by so I was expecting a wait. Not 30 minutes tho. The server came to my car to give me my food, I did not receive a sorry or anything. He simply gave me my pizza and went back inside. I brushed it off my shoulder and just thought maybe it was busy… but I didn’t think it could be possible seeing I was one of three cars in the parking lot. Once I got back home I realized that they forgot something I had paid for. I wasn’t about to drive back to this place cause it was outta the way. I simply wanted a refund for the food I did not receive. You would think calling the dominos I placed an order with would solve this problem but I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes and counting now. I have basically memorized the manager special for today because it repeats every 20 seconds. I guess “shortly” means 30 minutes. Don’t order from here. From now on I will drive the extra 10 minutes for...
Read moreIt brings me great sadness to post this review... as i was kind and understanding to the staff. I ordered a simple salad, and unfortunately to my dismay this salad was 3 days expired and smelled of rotten lettuce, i attempted to rectify this issue with the staff and instead of being honest and reimbursing me with a new salad on my next order, they pretended like they forgot to bring me a replacement and told me they would send me an email at a later time... no email.... no reimbursement ..... just an old rotten unconsumable salad.... pretty sad when you try to be the kind costumer and not complain yet now unfortunately i have a bad taste about this specific facility and its employees lack of understanding with regard to very BASIC business practices... I RECOMMEND that no one use this dominos as a means of attaining any forms of nourishment due to the staffs lack of focus in being able to spot expired salads. have...
