Our neighborhood had a get together and were able to use the lower level at no cost, save for the purchasing of drinks upstairs. Let me start with the good points: the wine was very good and the cost appropriate. Everyone found something they liked. The upstairs atmosphere is warm and interesting. Now we got to the point where one of our neighbors could not attend because the lower level we were offered was not ADA accessible. While we were told there were only 3 steps to the lower level this was untrue: at least 6 from the outside and a good 20 from inside. The room is said to accommodate up to 50 people but it truly is no more than a storage area that was crowded at our 32 friends. There was no place to hang our coats except tossing them over a few boxes, the room has supplies and boxes throughout and it was generally a poorly maintained basement. The furniture in the rooms were crowded and not conversation friendly. While we appreciated the use of the room for free and we brought our own food the atmosphere was nothing more than a frat house basement and not what our neighborhood expected in any way. So the take-away is that we had fun because our group is always able to enjoy each other's company but this is not a venue that we will consider again. I believe the upper level bar and small table area is great, the drink options worthwhile, but the private area is not as described. Please go and take a look before you determine if it meets your needs. It may work for some but that depends on your...
