Delivered our food to the wrong address, claimed they checked the house number while there, (I was literally standing in my driveway with the light on) when my wife called to find out where the food was they said it was delivered to our front porch, which we do not have a front porch, then they refused to make it right and resend out the order. When asked for their managers name or corporates number they responded with "I'm not giving it to you". "We're not allowed to give you that information". Which is obviously a lie. Horrible interaction, definitely will not be ordering from this location again. Then the driver Tracy decided to take it upon herself and call and say that the address changed after delivery.... and then said "I have been doing this for 10 plus years, I think I know what I'm doing." No notice of increased delivery charges which goes straight to the owner! Gas is below $2 a gallon why increase delivery???? Order taker never told us the correct total (we thought there would be some type of delivery charge). Fact delivery charges were instituted when gas prices went to $4 a gallon in the late 1990s. They bcame common place because suppliers charged for delivery of produce. Right now there should be no delivery charge unless it is to protect drivers from cheap customer tips. Read moreI was a regular customer for almost 2yrs, but I will no longer be a customer. The food prepared/served is very inconsistent, poor quality on a regular basis. The pizza I received this past Sunday Jun 23rd is the last one I will get from Dominos. I had to throw it out, was not appetizing at all! In the past few months I had maybe 1 out of 3 pizzas that were acceptable and tasted good. I'm done complaining to a mgr. when the order is not correct or product has burnt crust, or soggy, way too much sauce, or toppings not as requested. If they can't give a customer great food or service, then why would I continue to visit this particular store again.
