So on Saturday an employee exited the building to argue with me, mind you I was in my car talking to my husband. She took out her phone and was trying to record me leave mind you the employee never recorded from the beginning of her starting the altercation with me. I called the manager and she lied saying they didn’t see the employee exit the building but was recording when I questioned the manager about the video I asked her specifically if she saw the recording behind the window or outside and she refused to answer me. The manager was rude and disrespectful and that’s the problem with these fast food workers they never take responsibility for their actions but get mad when they get reactions for their disrespect. Apparently you can’t defend yourself without looking like the bad guy mind you the employee left the building to argue with me while I was in my car talking to my husband and the manger lied and said she didn’t when she clearly saw on the video she was outside. The manager threatened to blacklist me from Doordash’s as if I’m being punished when she gonna be doing me a favor they have the most disrespectful employees working here. We all know Burger King does not have a good reputation of their employees. Next time apologize when your wrong simple as that next time a police report will be made and anything after that will result in a lawsuit for harassment. Can’t get mad at someone who was minding they business and your employee came out the building to argue you guys make no sense. Your fast food nothing more! Your constantly short staff bc you can’t keep employees but somehow that’s my problem? Your telling me to be mindful which is funny go humble yourself and tell your employees to do so as well! You guys wouldn’t have problems on the regular if you had some common sense. Stop hiring drop outs it’s really not a good look on you guys anymore I just moved here and this is how the Hartwell Burger King welcomes you! Read moreThey hardly ever get my order correct. This afternoon I went through and I got 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. Needless to say the fries were stale. Tonight when I got off work and picked up my baby we went through the drive-thru (9:40 pm) and I waited for about 3 minutes and no one came on the speaker to take my order and another car pulled up behind me and I still sat and waited for another couple of minutes. Then I gave up and drove around to see if anyone was in the building working. I did see 3 people, so I drove back around to place my order. When I got back around to the speaker the lady had just come on to ask the car that was behind (now in front of) me if she could take their order. Then 2 more cars pulled up behind me. I always ask for no ice in my sodas like I did tonight, but when I got my drinks there was ice in them. I asked for cheese, extra mayo, extra onions and no pickles. I get the Whopper Jr's home there is no onions or tomatoes on either sandwich. All together we were in the drive-thru for around 20-25 minutes! Read moreThe last time I was in about six months ago, there were employees arguing, a manager bad mouthing employees, employees smoking by the front door in front of customers, a manager walking out to her car in the handicapped spot (no plate, no placard) to make a cellphone call….it was bad…and so was the food. I decided to give them a second chance today and it wasn’t any better. They were slow and I was the only customer in at 2:30pm. Soon as she took my order, the cashier went out for a smoke break by the door (where they keep a gross ashtray). When she was done, she came right back in and stood expressionless behind the register…never even thought to wash her hands. Then one of the cooks left and did the exact same thing. Followed by the drive-thru attendant. The food was marginal at best. The fries were somewhat warm, the burger was barely warm and the melty cheese was not very “melty”. It was fast, I’ll give them that, but it was barely food. Just as gross and bleh as last time. I gave them a second chance but I won’t be back to give them a third.
