Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hatfield Township

Terrible!! This is my first tint going to this Dunkin! I pull to the drive thru.. the person taking my order sounds like he’s whispering. I place an order for a LARGE mango pineapple refresher and a bagel extra cream cheese with jelly on the side and snacking bacon. Also a chocolate glazed donut.. very clear instructions. He repeats back my order and says chocolate frosted donut.. I correct him. Tells me to pull around.. no total provided. I get to the window.. the person doesn’t say ANYTHING.. no good morning, your total is, double repeat the order to make sure it’s being handed to the right person. NOTHING. She passed me a Med refresher when I stated twice that u wanted a Large. Everyone coming to the window to show me my receipt when that doesn’t matter.. I asked for a large. The. He charges me for an extra dollar for their screw up. I check my bag, looked at my bagel… I asked for extra cream cheese but what I got looked to be a normal serving so I asked for a separate one to add to it.. that was an issue. The guy kept repeating that he put extra but if that’s extra I would hate to see what is normal. Customer service horrible.. won’t be going back and they didn’t give...

i want to give it four stars because i think this is the worst parking lot design i have every seen before in my life but the service here is usually so on point that i cant help but to ignore that fact entirely. i am in here at least once a week to the point where they pretty much know about how i am going to order my iced coffee with cream and no sugar and are almost always consistant in quality when we all know ordering iced coffee can be a crapshoot. they messed up my order only once here when i ordered a large and a medium they gave me two mediums and i bring it up the lady apologized and just made me a large instead without charging me for it so i was super pleased with not only how it was handled but how friendly this staff seems to be on a...

I ordered a large coffee, egg and cheese wake-up wrap and hash browns this morning in the drive-through line. When I approached the window, I paid for my items and was given the coffee and wrap. The woman closed the window then a minute later opened in with her hands in the air huffing and puffing why I'm holding up her line. I told her I was still waiting for my hash browns. She then grabbed some and handed them scoffing at me. I literally had to say to her, "why do you think I've been waiting here?!?"
