Just had the worst experience. Drive thru lady was extremely rude. She's light skinned with freckles. ( be aware people) Anyway, I was picking up a mobile order my wife ordered. Very straight forward and simple. When the girl ( maybe newer) hands me the drink, it had ice in it. I know my daughter who the drink is for doesn't want ice, so I kindly said no ice please. The rude freckles girl said to her, "uh uh" you ain't fitten tuh throw that out. They can order no ice on the app. Next time they get what the F __k they ordered." Great english! It was loud enough so that I could hear so I know it was meant for me. Then when I received the food, I looked inside to make sure nothing was missing and that my daughters plain cheese burger was indeed plain. The rude girl says, "sir, can you please move forward." I told her that I'm checking my food because it's been wrong more than once in the past. She then tells me that it's all there and that there is a person waiting behind me. The person had JUST pulled up. She's says again if I could pull up because the person behind me got the wrong sandwich. MY POINT EXACTLY! Maybe if THEY would have done what I'm doing, they wouldn't have had to drive all the way back to the store! So listen Wendy's. Hire better people, train a little more, and stop being complacent. To the rude girl, if you don't want to be there than don't be, but if you plan on having a career in customer service I strongly suggest you practice more. Perhaps read the book " How To Win Friends and Influence People " by Dale Carnegie. Normally I wouldn't make a huge deal about someone acting ignorant, but you caught me on the wrong day. Read moreThe food Wendy's is always good. This was my second time to this location, and it will be my last. I had the same issue the first time I visited. The staff is the biggest problem. Some of them are young, they are on their phones, there's no communication back and forth. And they flat out don't care about the customer. Each time I waited no less than 10 minutes for my food when I went inside to order. The first time I was there, they had three people come in that went through a drive-thru with things missing or incorrect items in their bag. The young girl that day just smiled and laughed, never said she was sorry. Instead, she turned her back and had to check her phone again before she went and got the right item. My most recent visit, it's marked for dine in so they know I'm there waiting. I was sitting in a booth with my son waiting, and they never called us to tell us the food was ready. Let me say that again, the ticket said dine in, and the bag was sitting there off to the side while we were waiting, and they never called us up for our food. After 10 minutes, I finally stood up when the manager saw me and acknowledged the fact that we were there. She made it up to my son by giving him a cookie for free, which was a nice gesture, but this particular location is an absolute mess, and it's not...

I came here after a long drive with my friend to grab some dinner, and upon arriving was a little confused about the set up. After a while I realized I should order the food myself on their kiosk, but by the time I was finished deciding what I wanted, an associate came to the counter to help me. I figured it worked just as well as the kiosk, so I ordered from her. Her attitude was dismissive and rude, and when I asked if something could be made as a meal she rolled her eyes and said “it can’t but…” and mumbled the rest. When my friend ordered, she demanded my friend give her the 2 cents of change so she didn’t have to pull change out of the register. When my friend didn’t have 2 pennies, she practically threw the change at her. She had no name tag, probably so she can’t be identified in bad reviews lol.
