Arby's — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

Arby's used to be my favorite go-to fast food joint. But I have noticed a major slip in quality of product and service alike over the last few years at every location. In this instance the fries were old and the sandwich was outright sad with barely any meat and also didn't have the bacon I requested to be added but was charged for. Another thing I've noted is it seems that something has changed with the ingredients as over the last few years I feel outright nauseated after every time I eat at an Arby's. I'm not sure if something changed in the meat supply or prep process or if something changed in the bread but now I will barely eat at Arby's due to feeling sick whereas used to it was not uncommon for me to get a beef and cheddar combo 3-4x a week. Lastly the new fries are God awful and were a terrible idea as most everyone I know viewed Arby's as the king of seasoned fries and now at many locations even if you request the curly fries they still give you those other abominations that were recently introduced...

I was craving a classic roast beef sandwich, actually 2 CRB sandwiches. I knew Arbys didn’t close till 11, so after a quick run to Walmart which my receipt stated I checked out at 10:21pm I headed over to Arbys (0.9 miles away/ 3 minute drive) and the lights were on in the dining room and kitchen, they appear to be open but after sitting at the speaker for about 3-4 minutes without a greeting (I called the store while sitting there 3 times and no one answered) I drove to the window. All the lights had been turned off and although 3 vehicles in parking lot (assuming employees ) there was not an employee in sight. While I took pictures, another customer pulled up and waited at the speaker. He was very agitated as well that the store was closed. If your sign says open until 11, you should be. AND ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! Missed many opportunities to make money because every fast food place open had a line wrapped around the building. Bad...

I went to get two separate orders they got the first one right I had 4pc nuggets with two double beef and cheddars then the second had a waygu burger and was supposed to have a classic beef and cheddar with what I added a classic roast beef at the window bc I had forgot to order it at the drive thru board I went back through because I didn't get my 3rd sandwich for one of the orders a classic beef and cheddar they may have not heard me so that's OK I paid for the sandwich after they checked both the bags and when I got home I had 5 sandwiches and the nuggets but they had took out my double beef and cheddar and replaced them with a classic beef and cheddar and a classic roast beef sandwich and the whole time I wasn't rude at all just trying to get everything figured out and they do that what horrible service the worst I've ever gotten anywhere and I live an hour away because either don't have Arby's in my...
