McDonald's — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

So rude!!! The worst experience yet. The whole ordeal is just too much. We informed the lady who brought the order that one of the drinks was wrong and we would like the drink that was orrdered. She just left it in our car and went back inside. After a while she came back with two more of the same drinks we were alredy offered but in a smaller size. When we refused to accept them we discovered that they were out of the drink we did order. So, they just freely replaced them with something else. Problem is we are alergic to the replacement item. She took the drink she left in our car earlier. ZERO communication, plenty attitude. At the end we discovered that the woman giving us the wrong drinks is a "manager". Just before we left she berated us for not accepting whatever she gave us. In the end a more suitable drink was delivered in a smaller size. When asked why not in the ordered size she said she would have to charge me more money. Ummm, mam' you just wasted 3 drinks and you are so concerned over a 30 cent price difference. Just wow. I am driving away singing "Hi, it's me, I'm the problem it's me" and not planning on coming back. Customer servive is a skill apparently lacking in this...

This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at any Mc’Donalds in the whole wide world. The front counter ( girl ) was the worst. From entering the establishment she was rude to taking my order. She was coming with insult after insult . I even explained that my mother raised me not to be rude to women. She literally mopped my shoe , verbal assaults, told me to shut up. She then stated I didn’t know what she had been thru that day. Lady every one goes thru something but we as grown people don’t take it out on others. I spoke with a young gentleman assuming he was the manager because he satiated there was only so much he could do. The girl with the rude attitude and customer assaults should be fired. She was horrible at even hitting buttons. I stayed no salt ; she didn’t put it on the receipt. I went in this location at approximately 9:30pm. She was the black girl with the extra long weave/wig that was in need of combing. I can’t understand how not all but Black women will disrespect a man that’s respecting you fully. But I get it ; it’s what you’ve been subjected to at home. I wished your parents would have done a better job. This location will have issues with this...

It's taken me a while to sit down and bring myself to writing this one. When I drove to the first window to pay for my order and what kind of attitude was I greeted with? Christine blow me away with her attitude... I had no idea a person could have such an effect on another person by simply smiling and saying " hope you have a great day !Hi and thank you for choosing McDonalds..." Then after paying for my order I added a large mocofrapy . as I drive to the pickup window I thought how pleasant if everyone all of us had her attitude towards others as she presented hers toward me...as I stopped at the window... Bam! I got hit with it again .. . same attitude... And the best mocofrapy I had from any McDonalds in this area... I waited a few min. And went inside to find that the entire staff of that shift all had that same attitude... That made me feel so safe and welcome to be there.
