A Sweet Affair — Restaurant in Haverhill

Love this place. Great food, great people running it. Too bad a couple of parents unwilling to hold their privileged children accountable for misdeeds, and probably everything else they do on life (yeah you know the type..they show up at school to wreak hell on teachers for having the gaul to hold their child accountable or responsible for anything) are the ones giving it bad reviews having never met the people or even eaten there. The kids know what they did and so does everyone else with a functioning brain cell, who didn't have rich, well connected mommy's and daddy's willing to make their problems magically go away. I'm sure however, the parents have taught their children yet another valuable lesson that will guide them through life. Interestingly, upon my latest visit, it seems that the place is more packed than ever before, I suspect, because the food, drink, and staff are AMAZING, and most intelligent people can read the reviews and put 2+2 together, or maybe they are just going there to see for themselves and realize what's up. Karma...funny...

Love the options here!! The staff are literal angels on Earth, and you would be hard pressed to find poor quality food here. I love their smoothies, coffees, energy balls, meals, and brownies. Anything they make is great, and the prices are hard to beat for the quality.

Also, the breakfast burrito is huge. Definitely recommend!

They are usually very quick, too! Only takes ~5 minutes for me to order, pay, get my smoothie and other treats, and leave. They are so quick!! And if that's not quick enough, you can order in advance, and they will have things ready for you.

You know it's also a great spot when a lot of the people at my school know about the place, and like it, too. Several of them know staff members by name, it really says a lot, right?

I started coming here a few months ago, and I've noticed a change in a few things that I definitely don't love. The service has gone downhill. I was on hold the other day for so long that I think they forgot I was waiting. Then, when I called back, probably 5 min later, no one answered. The acai bowls have barely any smoothie in the bottom. When I first started coming here, there was plenty, and now there is barely anything to have the toppings with. What's the point? They are not cheap either. My coworker comes here also and noticed the same thing! They got a new computer system that they said they would have rewards for, and I keep asking about it, but it still isn't "set up." I'm hoping they can get their act together because I liked...
