Lots of stuff, including a big furniture section in the basement. The clothing sections were well organized and there was good variety. * Update* I've found a lot of cute clothing here. I've been to lots of thrift stores and this one usually has some good stuff available. 👌

This photo sums up this store. $15 for FAKE uggs that are deteriorating and falling apart. The prices have just gotten ridiculous & discounts have been almost taken away with “no new tag” discounts at all. Really high prices for used, often damaged clothing

I was immediately greeted by yells from a woman stating they are closing in a few min…. I looked at my phone clock said it was 4:40 I figured I had at least 15 min to at least browse however I was followed around the store like a criminal and I noticed 2 other shoppers throughout the store being escorted with employees, informing them they close soon and looking over the shoulders at what the other customers picked up or looked at! At 4:45 they shut off most of the lights! I proceeded to go down stairs to make a run threw and an Employee yelled there was 2 people down stairs; I said now make that 3. When I was down stairs and was followed by another escort! I told one of the guys who was following me around to chill and that I am going to be out before 5 and that the door said they closed at 5:00pm. One man became combative and informed me that they closed early so they could be out at exactly 5 and that they close the register early to make sure that happens. So not impressed how this company makes you feel like a common criminal every time you enter this place! This is not the first time something like this has happened; just the first time I got fed up enough to...

Terrible place to try and donate. They are never accepting donations. Says right on the building, donations during store hours. I arrived shortly after 4:00, rang the door bell and waited about 5 minutes or so. Nothing, and there was a lot of donations outside the roll-up door. So I found a place to park safely in the alley and walked up to the front door. At this point it was about 4:15… nope. No donations are accepted after 4:00 pm, “there should be a sign”. Well, there isn’t. “Well there used to be, and they should have shut the light off.” Well, they didn’t and there are tons of things outside the door. “Well, those things won’t get touched until tomorrow.” It’s going to rain tonight. Nobody cares. So, you can’t do anything? There isn’t a sign and the building says donations accepted during store hours. “Nope.” Okay - guess my generosity should be focused toward a different place. Giving...

I lived in Haverhill for about 20 years . I move up north 4 years ago. I would donate tons of clothes and decent things. I used to love that place but yesterday I didn’t get a good feeling about the place. It was 4:45 and a 5 3” Caucasian man around 30’s was being very rude and loud announcing that the store is closing every minute. I work in retail also , I understand he wants to go home but why treat the customers that way. He should find a different job! That place stays open because of all the shoppers and Donors . So hopefully they can hire people who know how to treat others with respect. Otherwise thanks...
