So I have been living in Haverhill for going on a year. I have been using the Print Cafe store for all of my printing needs during this time.
After having a bad experience with the UPS driver not picking up my return package from my building, I decided to print a return label and drop it off at the Print Cafe.
I have been doing my returns this way for a year now without any problems. Well, today, I took my package to the Print Cafe' and was told they would not be able to accept my return because of the type of bar code I had presented to them.
Am like, what do you mean? I always print my return slip and bring it in to process my returns. She insisted that they didn't have the software to process my return.
Lol, Wow. Instead of going back and forth, I left.
The same bar code that I have used to process all of my returns over the past year, you just mysteriously downgraded the software 🧐
So I went home and contacted UPS, and UPS confirmed that nothing had changed. I was still able to use the printout Amazon provides to take to any UPS store or an authorized retailer.
