Mediterranean pizza & Roast Beef — Restaurant in Haverhill

I left 5 stars for service and atmosphere- because this is mostly a take out place and when the have dined in- service at the counter has always been fine. However the last few months the Bradford location seems like they are phoning it in. I used to order from them all the time via door dash- pizza for the team, subs, salads- I have realistic expectations of the place and what they are doing- honest food, good value and it worked for me for a long time- the last few months/ orders- the food across the spectrum is not as good as it was- quality, taste- final straw was a caesar salad with chicken tonight- chicken tough- dressing to my my taste buds was from a large dressing jar- pita was rolled right and ended up being very hard- only a few shreds ( not shaved) Parmesan cheese. no care, no passion- and for almost $20 I can get better elsewhere- I love this location and supporting them as I live right up the road in Bradford- but I do expect more as a regular customer. Pizzas the last few times I did a bulk order were also below par from where they were a short time ago- I hope this review is taken as constructive.
