Aroma Joe's Coffee — Restaurant in Haverhill

Not sure if the barista think's I'm stupid but next time I'm thinking about going to aroma joes I'll just throw $7 in the trash instead because it's the same thing at this point! Went through the drive thru this morning for an iced latte with cloud top (she confirmed iced while ringing it up) and then brought me a hot latte at the window. I politely mentioned that I had asked for iced and she looked at me as if I was inconveniencing/stressing her out. Not sure what she did when she 'remade' my drink but seems like she just took some of the hot latte and put a little ice in it. By the time she was handing me my 'iced latte' I was over the whole situation even though it didn't have cloud top and had maybe one ice cube in it? It looked nothing like a latte especially not one I would ever pay $7 for. Makes me wish I could take my tip back. Ruined my morning and was just overall terribly offputting. I will not be returning. Starbucks is right...

I am a regular customer at this location because it is the closest one to me. I usually have a great experience with all the other barista‘s and I always try to tip if I have the cash. But there is this one girl who acts like costumers are a bother and slams the window door in my face every time I see her, even though I try to be polite to her and tip her. I work early in the morning at a place similar to aromas so I know how hard customer service can be, even early in the morning but her behaviour is unacceptable. if you are not a morning person you shouldn’t be working at a place that opens that early. I know i’m not the only one who feels this way about how she acts. I really hope management sees this so they can...

apparently, the only things this location has on the menu now are whatever the baristas are in the mood to make when you arrive i usually come here all the time for an iced tea, but i went to this location this week and the blond girl had a sour attitude and told me they don’t make iced tea? i said yes you do, i get it here all the time. this was just met with more attitude and denial, so i left. i went to another location that happily made my iced tea for me afterwards - so i don’t really know what that was about (probably laziness), but i definitely won’t be back lol which is a shame because the other people typically working here...
