Dunkin' — Restaurant in Haverhill

Would not recommend going here in the morning, which kind of defys the point of Dunkin Donuts.

I went here this morning and ordered an ice coffee and an avocado toast. The woman who took my order was very unpleasant. I know it was early, but you should never bring your personal life to work with you. It felt like she didn't want to be there and was taking it out on her customers. I used to work retail, and hated my job, but never took it out on the customers, it's not their fault you're there.

The coffee I got was absolutely disgusting, I could tell it was old, probably from the day before. I know what old coffee tastes like, it definitely wasn't fresh. The next thing was the avocado toast. The avocado was smeared all over the sides of the bread to the point where it looked like a small child made it and it had bacon on it, which I didn't order. I didn't have enough time to bring it back and get a refund, because I would've been late for work. I ended up just throwing away the coffee and getting it at another Dunkins, which it came out great and picked off the bacon from the avocado toast.

Not a great start to the morning, will most definitely not be coming back here for my morning breakfast and coffee. I will either go out of my way to go to another Dunkins or pay the extra money at Starbucks. I have been disappointed in this location lately. The staff in the morning and evenings are very pleasant but the problem i am having is that twice in one day my coffee was made wrong. The first time I went back and they remade it. The second time I had to call because I was at work and couldn't get it remade. My problem is my coffee isn't hard to make and when I ask for caramel in my coffee and received NONE in it twice in one day kind of makes a girl mad. Charlene, the manager is the most unprofessional manager I have EVER encountered! Swore at me at the drive thru when she made my iced coffee incorrectly twice and I made her make it again! During the the power outage of September of 2023 that store inside, the atmosphere was HORRIFIC for both the customers and her employees who are afraid of her!
