Heav'nly Donuts — Restaurant in Haverhill

Update as of 3/22/2025 After a few years I decided to give them another chance. Wrong. I walked in, no one at the counter, waited a few minutes until an employee doing inventory called out they had customers. I ordered a cappuccino, they tell me their cappuccino machine is broken and walks away. So I guess I don't get a second choice. My fault for trying them again.

Just tried to get a dozen donuts and they said they are all out... Seriously? Heav'nly Donuts is out of donuts, why are they even open? I drove all the way from Danvers here just for that. The last time they had an excuse ready not to make me a sandwich, and the time before that they got my order wrong. It's about time to stop...

I love Heavenly's! Their coffee flavors are brewed, so they taste great on their own. Since I drink coffee black, this place is a go-to for me. The staff members are excellent and very nice to talk to.

The only thing to watch out for, if you aren't from the area, is the location. Due to its popularity and being located where Plaistow and Haverhill meet, it can get very packed during peak hours, resulting in a drive through line that extends to the street and difficult parking. Wanted to love this place but unfortunately they served me the worst cappuccino I have ever had! It was not even hot, barely lukewarm. There was waaaay too much milk in it. I drank about 1/4 of it and threw t out. The “elephant ear” was stone cold as if just taken out of the freezer, doughy to the point of tasting raw and tough, hard, tasteless. I almost went back to the place to return these inedible items but we were just passing through....
