From the moment my call was answered, I was greeted with exceptional politeness and professionalism. The staff member who took my order demonstrated a genuine willingness to assist, ensuring that my preferences for a well-done steak and toasted bread for my steak and cheese were clearly noted.
However, upon my arrival to pick up the order, I found that the steak was not cooked to my specifications, and the bread was not toasted. When I returned to the restaurant to address this issue, I had the pleasure of speaking with a team member named Nisa who took my order. She promptly offered to remake my order, and within five minutes, she had prepared it to perfectionâexactly as I had requested.
Nisa's dedication to customer satisfaction and her ability to handle the situation with grace and efficiency truly impressed me. I firmly believe that her exemplary customer service skills warrant consideration for a supervisory or managerial position within the establishment. What sets this location apart is the service- I noticed it the first time I stopped in, and every single time I have been there I take note. Everyone behind the counter is very professional, courteous, and (unlike their peers at almost every other fast food place) actually manages to look like they aren't bored and/or disgusted with the customer. They strike me as well-trained, but I also get the sense the management take the time to hire the right sort of person in the first place.    Read moreI love papa ginos and their pizza. Been ordering from them for years and unfortunately we'll be looking for a new pizza place because of the delivery drivers. Papa ginos is now using door dash for their deliveries but you can request they (papa ginos) deliver it, which i did. Cannot stand door dash. Most times food arrives cold from them or they mess up my address. Last night i got a text from door dash saying that they were outside with my order and expected me to go to them. Uh no. Food arrived cold again and if papa ginos cannot honor my request of not using door dash to deliver then they don't need my business anymore.
