Spaziano's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Haverhill

Normally the wife and I love ordering from Spaziano's, but tonight not so much. I placed my order online at 535p and received a confirmation email with a delivery window(no contact) of 610-620. Not even 2 minutes later I received another email changing the delivery eta to 630-640, which was perfectly fine. I left instructions to leave it at the back door opposed to the front since there is typically more parking in the side of my house than my front. 630 and 640 both came and gone without a knock or a phone call from a delivery driver letting us know the delivery was made. I called Spaziano's to ask them if they had a new eta for my delivery. The person who answered the phone told me that the delivery was made in the window that was scheduled. So, I walk to my back door and open it finding the 2 pizzas that I ordered sitting there in 38 degree weather. I asked the guy on the phone if there was a reason why the delivery driver didn't notify us of our food being delivered. He told me that I didn't say in my instructions that I wanted to know when my food arrived and I should've picked it up off the porch faster. I'm pretty sure every delivery I have ever received in any of the cities that I've lived in, the delivery driver always knocks, rings the doorbell, or calls when they arrived. The fact the worker on the phone thinks it's ok to make a delivery and not let the customer know it's deliver is crazy. Spaziano's do better in the future because I love your...

The food we ordered tonight for pickup was a large cheese pizza with sweet sauce and fresh mozzarella. The receipt when picked up said sweet sauce on it but not fresh mozzarella. Once the pizza was opened and tasted it was not a sweet sauce and had no fresh mozzarella. We called Spanzianos to get it straightened out and they said we ordered incorrectly. As well the pizza tastes salty and not appetizing. This is the second time that they have messed up like this and they need to figure out their communication between their staff as they are not getting the orders written down correctly and not producing what they are selling. As well they tried to tell us they only sell sweet sauce but they are unfortunately wrong as there website says you can choose the sauce you would like on your pizza. So get your information correctly as this is 2025 and it is not difficult to write down an order correctly and then make the pizza. It won’t let me give them zero stars but if I was able to...

We always loved this place...until Friday night, December 10th. My boyfriend called (and we're regulars), he ordered 2 Italian subs not toasted, 1 with pickles and hots, 1 without. Mayo on 1 light oil on the other (I'm allergic to Mayo). When I called, the owner was exceptionally rude to me!!! Saying, I know Tom, I know what he ordered, then saying I heard what Tom ordered. How can you do this to me on a Friday night!!?? We've NEVER complained before. Instead of doing the right thing, he became extraordinarily indignant and told me if we wanted something fixed, we'd have to pay for a new order!!!!!
