The staff here has no sense of urgency. I went there late at night a few hours before they closed. I sat at the drive through order microphone for 5 minutes and no one said anything. I pulled up to the window and there were two guys in there just talking to each other. They looked at me and told me that they were out of food. I really don't think that a fast food restaurant runs out of food. On another occasion which was also recent, I went to go get food to the drive-thru a bit earlier and there were about 10 cars in front of me and I sat there for about 10 minutes and no one moved. Got home and opened them up, 4 of the crunchy taco shells were shattered in the wrappers, and everything was cold, the cheese piled on top wasn’t even close to attempting to melt at all. I asked kindly if they could take back the order and they said they can't because of COVID. The employee wasn't even wearing a mask. I was eventually brought the replacement of the wrong order which was also wrong. My wife thanked the employee and he didn't respond and walked away. Wow. Thank God I don't live here.
