Dunkin' — Restaurant in Havre de Grace

The Dunkin Donuts in Havre de Grace is literally a two-minute walk from my house. Due to the lack of accuracy in my orders I very often make the drive to Aberdeen just for coffee. I work night shifts so I drink a lot of coffee and visit average twice a day. Countless times my order has been wrong at the Havre De Grace one. Last night I go for a caramel iced latte and it didn't even have coffee in it just milk and caramel. Countless number of times I've ordered an extra shot paid, for it and never got it. And when I went last Sunday morning they forgot my daughter's bagel. I didn't realize it till I got home, went back for it, had to wait through line and then the employee joked that I liked them so much I came back a second time, no apology for my order being messed up. That same employee has tried to push buying lip balm on me countless number of times with a different sob story to why I should buy it each time and even tried to withhold giving me my order unless I brought some. There are 2 ladies who work the evening shift that are awesome but unfortunately they are not always there and overall i have lost too much money and wasted to much time dealing with the other employees. I went to dunkin' to get coffee and donuts for my coworkers this morning. I arrived at 445 and they weren't open yet so I parked in the drive through lane so I could be the first customer when they opened. The owner came banging on my driver side door at 550 telling me I wasn't allowed to sit there he told me he had been yelling at me but I had my windows closed (he seemed very annoyed by that but it is 29 degrees and we are expecting snow), he told me I needed to move my car and park out in the parking lot because they weren't opened yet. I did what he asked. I would've left but my coworkers were waiting to have their donuts and coffee and I didn't want to let anyone down. At 500 I pulled in to the drive-through and ordered donuts and coffee, I asked for a sandwich, and he said they weren't ready yet. He was very rude and very short with me. So I just went with donuts and coffee. They almost didn't give me my donut for my boss! Good thing I checked!!! Finally driving...

I am not usually one to write reviews. After a poor experience yesterday though I will. I placed my mobile order on the app. When I went to change the munchkin selection to a certain flavor the app would not let me. When I got to the window I asked the employee to switch them for the correct ones. She told me she couldn't put them back. I had not taken the bag from her. I explained that my kids would not eat them and that it would not let me select the flavors on the app. Then she does not say anything. Walks away and brings back the correct flavor. I apologized multiple times and the employee could not care less. She was quite rude. So then I pull away only to find that I received 10 and not 15. With the drive thru as busy as it was and 3 kids in the car I can't just go back to have it corrected. This is not the service I usually receive.
