Aloha Juice Bar — Restaurant in Hawaii

I want to preface this by saying that the pineapple soft serve is amazing! However, the staff ( particularly the teen girl that worked this rainy Friday) had a very bad attitude for working at an ice cream truck in one of the most touristy places in the country! Wanted to get two soft serves, but it was 3:59 and she said they were closed for the day. I was like “oh okay no big deal”. Went to the Big Save right next door for something and then on my way out I noticed she was serving 3 random people. I go back to her and say “ hey- thought you were closed” , to which she responded that not for locals only for tourists !!! Interesting business model for a place where 95% of your customers are tourists! I just ordered an acai bowl. It was good. What made it lower in ratings is the young girl attending customers. When we got there she was not on the front, we waiting a few minutes and she never came out, then we see a bell with a sign that said ring for service. I ring it and after a minute she comes out, grabs the bell and slams it on the other side of the counter. I ask for an acai bowl and she asked me what toppings did I want. I told her strawberry and pineapples. Then she says they only have star fruit, and it came with banana, granola and honey, with major attitude. She said i can only add 1 more besides the fruit of the day. She said those other toppings listed on the board were only for smoothies. Whoever she is, she needs to change that attitude. Very rude customer service and dishonest. We ordered soft serve, and they served us a dish that was half the size of what was listed on the menu. When we asked about getting the correct size, they said they only had the smaller dish (and they never mentioned they were going to serve us a half-size dish). Then they said they wouldn't reduce the price because the small dish and the large dish are all the same price. I pointed out that if they're all the same price, then we wanted them to give us more soft serve because we wanted the large. By that point, the cashier turned very confrontational and aggressive. Lousy customer service is not worth it, especially with a better juice bar...
