Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hawaii

I love Dunkin their donuts, drinks and sandwiches are always good. It’s seems tho this particular location always has an issue with customizing my order. It’s usually the same woman in the morning and everytime she is here my order is not customized correctly. Other times when other ppl have made my food my order was correct. It’s a bit of an attitude from this one lady always, it’s so unfortunate. I like coming here but I know she won’t care about fulfilling my small accommodations. I don’t even want to correct her in the moment because I’m afraid she will do something malicious to my food out of spite. Plus I come here often I don’t want to get poisoned lol smh so I look at my receipt and notice there are bad reviews with this same name from years ago, this is crazy. Like how is she even still working here??? We all keep saying the same thing 🤔 She is rude and clearly hates working here. No good customer service and she was mean to a new hire today but he was nice to me. Other staff has always been nice even if something was off with my order. Ordered a large hot and a large iced... Got a large uced, and some dummy in a mask handed me a medium hot... I haven't ordered hot coffee in a long time, but it still looked pretty small so I asked, "is this a large?" He replied by nodding his head... I wasn't convinced so I asked again, "you sure?" This time he nodded and mumbled through his mask, '''yes." I was still pretty unsure so I asked one more time, " I don't know man, it looks kinda small." He finally pulled the stupid mask off his mouth and and clearly said, "yes, it's a large." I got home and looked it up, a large is 20oz, and this cup clearly says 14oz... Pretty pissed right now... It'd be one thing if I just drove off without asking, but I asked 3 TIMES!! How hard is it to put coffee in a cup?! If you screw up and put it in the wrong cup, just say "Hey, my bad I'm sorry... Lemme get you large..." And then take 10seconds out if your day to fill an appropriatly sized cup... It wasn't even busy! There was one car in front of me when I got there and no one...

The staff was very rude. This was my first time at a Dunkin’ and I really didn’t know what to order. There was no one behind me to order. I let be known to the cashier that I never been at a Dunkin’ before. She just stared at me waiting to take my order. I eventually ordered a glazed donut, a sausage, egg and cheese croissant, and a iced latte. Then I went to the next section to wait for my order and a guy was eating and licking his fingers. He eventually closed the box and walked in the back. Waited about 7 mins and he returns and he had said a sausage egg and cheese croissant, threw the bag on the counter and walked back to the back…WOW!!! I will never go anywhere and give support when I am treated like that. I didn’t do anything to this person and he threw my bag on the counter. I felt it was very rude.
